Our process is designed around two major phases: Build Ready and Build.
Before those phases begin, we take the time to understand and define the project.

It Starts With Your Vision
Before we talk about plans, finishes, or construction, we want to understand what you're trying to create - and why it matters to you.
We'll talk about your goals, how you use your space today, what isn't working, your inspiration, priorities, desired investment, and timing.
This isn't just about defining a construction project. It's about understanding the vision behind it.

02 — DEFINE
Making Sure We're Building the Right Project
Next, we take a closer look at your space and begin defining what the project actually needs to accomplish.
We'll evaluate existing conditions, discuss possibilities and constraints, and develop an initial understanding of the scope.
Before moving forward, we want to make sure we're aligned on three things: Your vision. Your priorities. Your project path.
Once we're on the same page, we move into Build Ready™ by Iconic.

Plan It Before We Build It.
Build Ready™ is where your vision becomes a construction-ready plan.
Design. Selections. Constructability. Pricing. Scheduling.
Instead of beginning construction with unfinished decisions, moving allowances, and unanswered questions, we work through the details before the first wall comes down.
LOCKED DESIGN & SELECTIONS
Layouts, drawings, finishes, fixtures, materials, and selections are defined, sourced, and priced.
FIRM CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATE
Your construction number is developed from completed plans, locked selections, and real trade pricing — not a collection of allowance guesses.
BUILD-READY SCHEDULE
Your anticipated start, major milestones, procurement requirements, and construction schedule are established before we begin.

03 - PREPARE
Everything in Place
Before Construction Begins
Once the plan is locked, we prepare the project for construction.
Depending on the project, this may include permitting, engineering coordination, material procurement, trade scheduling, inspections, and pre-construction planning.
Our team coordinates the moving pieces so construction isn't simply a chain of waiting periods.
Where possible, materials are ordered and staged, trades are scheduled, and the project is prepared before crews mobilize.
Then it's time to build.
PHASE TWO
BUILD
Where the Plan Becomes Reality.
With Build Ready™ complete, construction runs from a defined plan.
Iconic coordinates the trades, manages the schedule, oversees workmanship, handles required inspections, and keeps the project moving from demolition through completion.

Schedule, selections, documents, invoices, and progress photos organized in one place.
WEEKLY PROJECT UPDATES
Know what was completed, what's coming next, and whether anything requires your attention.
ONE PROJECT MANAGER
One primary point of contact coordinating the project from beginning to end.
QUALITY CONTROL
Work is reviewed throughout construction, including critical rough-in stages before walls are closed and final review before closeout.
A RESPECTFUL JOBSITE
We expect the same care for your home that we expect in the finished work — including site protection, dust control, organized work areas, and daily cleanup.

04 - COMPLETE
Finishing Strong
The last details matter.
As construction nears completion, our team reviews the finished work, addresses remaining punch-list items, completes final inspections when required, and prepares the project for turnover.
Then we'll walk the completed project with you.
Once the final details are signed off, you'll receive your closeout information and written workmanship warranty.
Because completion shouldn't mean wondering whether your contractor will still answer the phone.
