Bles Capital, LLC, doing business as Iconic Build and Design ("Iconic," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to iconicbuildanddesign.com (the "Site") and to information we collect when you request an estimate, communicate with us, or engage us for construction services.

By using the Site or providing information to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit information to us.

1. WHO WE ARE

Bles Capital, LLC is a limited liability company operating under the assumed name Iconic Build and Design. We are a residential and commercial general contractor serving the Charlotte metropolitan area and surrounding communities in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Bles Capital, LLC is the entity responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. SCOPE

This policy covers information collected through the Site, through our contact and estimate request forms, by phone, email, and text message, and in the course of performing construction services. It does not cover information you provide directly to a third-party platform such as Angi, Houzz, or Google, which is governed by that platform's own privacy policy.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
3.1 Information You Provide to Us

Contact information: name, mailing address, property address, email address, and telephone number.

Project information: description of the work you are considering, project scope, budget range, desired timeline, and property details.

Project materials you choose to send us: photographs, drawings, plans, surveys, inspection reports, HOA or architectural review documents, and insurance claim documentation.

Communications: emails, text messages, voicemail, call notes, and messages submitted through Site forms.

Payment-related information: billing name and address, and payment confirmations. Payment card and bank account details are collected and stored by our third-party payment processors, not by Iconic.

Employment application information, if you apply for a position with us.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, our servers and analytics tools may collect your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time and date of your visit, and general geographic location inferred from your IP address. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 6.

3.3 Information From Third Parties

We receive information about you from lead generation and advertising platforms when you submit an inquiry through them, including Angi, Houzz, Google Local Services, and similar services. This typically includes your name, contact information, and a description of your project. We may also receive information from financing partners you choose to work with, from public records such as property and permit records, and from referral sources.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use personal information to:

Respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, and prepare estimates and proposals.

Perform construction services, including scheduling, ordering materials, coordinating subcontractors and inspections, and managing selections and change orders.

Invoice you and process payments.

Communicate with you about your project, including scheduling, progress updates, and inspection notices.

Send marketing communications about our services, where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law.

Request reviews and feedback after project completion.

Improve the Site, our services, and our marketing.

Comply with legal, licensing, tax, insurance, warranty, and recordkeeping obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims.

5. TEXT MESSAGING AND MOBILE INFORMATION

This section describes how we handle mobile telephone numbers and text messaging consent.

5.1 Consent

By providing your mobile telephone number to Iconic Build and Design, you consent to receive text messages from us relating to your inquiry, estimate, and any resulting project. These may include appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, crew arrival notices, inspection updates, invoice and payment notices, and, where you have separately opted in, promotional messages. Messages may be sent using an automated system.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

5.2 Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and text messaging consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes under any circumstances.

5.3 Message Frequency, Rates, and Opt-Out

Message frequency varies based on your project activity and your communication preferences.

Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by Iconic.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information in Section 15.

Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages regarding an active project, such as scheduling and inspection notices. To stop all messages, contact us directly.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers may change without notice.

You are responsible for notifying us if your mobile number changes or is reassigned.

6. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, to remember your preferences, to measure site performance and traffic through analytics providers, and to support advertising and conversion measurement. Some of these are set by third parties, including advertising and analytics providers.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site function. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal; because no common standard for responding to these signals has been adopted, the Site does not currently respond to them.

7. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We share personal information only as described below.

Subcontractors and trade partners, to the extent necessary to schedule, perform, and inspect work at your property.

Suppliers, vendors, and material distributors, for ordering, delivery, and warranty registration.

Software and service providers who operate systems on our behalf, including our customer relationship management platform, project management and estimating platform, accounting software, email and text messaging providers, payment processors, and website and analytics providers. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.

Design professionals, engineers, and architects engaged on your project.

Lenders or financing partners, only where you request financing or authorize the disclosure.

Government authorities, including permitting offices, building inspectors, and licensing boards, as required to perform the work or comply with law.

Insurers and legal advisors, in connection with claims, warranty matters, or legal proceedings.

A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.

Law enforcement or other parties where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

8. PROJECT PHOTOGRAPHY

We routinely photograph work in progress and completed projects for quality control, documentation, and warranty purposes. We will not publish photographs of your property, or any identifying project details, in marketing materials, on the Site, or on third-party platforms without your separate written permission. Where permission is given, we do not publish your name, street address, or contact information unless you specifically authorize it.

9. DATA RETENTION

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Project records, contracts, change orders, invoices, and related documentation are retained for the periods required by North Carolina and South Carolina law, by our licensing and insurance obligations, and by applicable statutes of limitation and repose for construction claims. Inquiry and marketing records are retained until you opt out or until the information is no longer useful for the purpose collected.

10. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or financial account numbers through Site forms or unencrypted email.

11. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

Marketing email: unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email, or contact us directly.

Text messages: reply STOP as described in Section 5.3.

Phone calls: tell us during a call, or contact us directly, to be removed from sales and marketing call lists.

Access, correction, and deletion: you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete information. We will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity, and we may retain information we are legally required or permitted to keep.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including rights to know, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing. To exercise any right, contact us using the information in Section 15. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13) years of age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

13. THIRD-PARTY SITES AND PLATFORMS

The Site may link to third-party websites and platforms, including review sites, lead platforms, financing partners, and social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of any third-party site before providing information to it.

14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on the Site and update the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
